What programs do you design in?
Most designs are in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint.
How do I request designs?
Voxbbe owns a client portal that offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Notion. You can ask directly via Notion, share Google Docs, wireframes, or even record a Loom video. You’re good to go if it can be linked to or shared in Notion.
Is there any design work not covered?
Sure. Voxbbe does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
Why wouldn’t I just hire a full-time designer and developer?
Because hiring Voxbbe, you won’t have to deal with recruitment, contracts, vacations, complaints, and so much more. Also, a senior designer might set you back $100k+, while a developer could easily exceed $300k. That’s a total of $500k+ when you factor in benefits, vacation days, and more.
What if i’m not happy with the results?
If you’re unhappy, we offer unlimited revisions for retainers and 2 revisions for one offs. We’ll continue working on the project until you’re 100% satisfied.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the work’s high quality nature, no refunds will be issued.
How fast will I receive my designs?
You will usually receive it within two days. For longer activities, you will receive updates every two days, but the activity may last longer. One-off websites take anywhere from 2 to 10 days.
Who are the designers?
Voxbbe has one main designer, Lucas, who oversees and executes some projects, and a team of other designers.
